This website is maintained by me (Carlos) and my brother Diego.  We enjoy the betta hobby and devote our time to the care of the wonderful fish, that are the bettas.

       Callao Bettas draws its name from our natal hometown.  We are originally from Lima-Callao: Peru, but currently live in Queens, NY.  We have been breeding bettas for the past four years.

      We also are members of BABB or Big Apple Betta Breeders.  We are active members and attend its meetings.

      My brother Diego has recently picked up a couple of killifish.  So you might expect some killies from us in the near future.
